What to include
To get a useful answer back as quickly as possible, it helps to mention:
- Bug reportsThe page URL, the ticker symbol you searched, your browser, and what you expected to see versus what actually happened.
- Feature requestsWhat you were trying to do, why the current site fell short, and any examples of how other tools handle it.
- Data questionsThe ticker, the metric, and the time you observed it. Quotes can change second-to-second, so a timestamp helps.
- Privacy or legalReference the relevant policy section so we can route your message to the right person.

Before you write
